She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ado-Ekiti (formerly Ondo State University) and an MBA from Nexford University in Washington, D.C. She is also a Student Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), demonstrating her commitment to continual professional growth.
Adetutu launched her career at Oando Plc in 2001, where she rapidly advanced to the position of Branch Manager after six impactful years. She excelled in various roles, including Commercial Sales Executive and Regional Specialty Sales for Bitumen, Chemicals, LPFO, and Gas. In 2009, she joined SPOG Petrochemicals Ltd as Regional Sales Manager, where she successfully developed new businesses and established the Industrial and Bulk Sales department.
In 2015, Adetutu took her expertise to Eterna Plc, serving first as Lead for Industrial and Bulk Fuels and subsequently as Lead for Castrol Industrial, Energy, and Automotive sectors. Her relentless drive for performance enables her to manage sales volumes, revenue, and margins effectively. She consistently spearheads new sales initiatives, retains valuable client portfolios, and cultivates key industrial and automotive relationships to achieve substantial top and bottom-line results.
As Head of Customer Service, Adetutu transformed the department, implementing strategies that coordinated operations, production, and sales teams to streamline order processing, enhance efficiency, and cut down long-standing inventory issues while significantly shortening delivery timelines.
